Impossible-Sounding Fallout 4 Speedrun Took over 2k Hours

Not taking the slightest bit of damage in Fallout 4 is utterly incomprehensible.
This is a game where you can take damage just looking the wrong way.
Even ignoring bugs, not taking a single bit of damage from enemies or just the environment, which is full of radiation, and doing it to 100% completion?
As impressive as mastering souls games is, I just can't wrap my head around this FO4 achievement.
I love watching speedruns - mostly Minecraft and Factorio, but any well-executed speedrun is fun to indulge.
100% speedruns are by themselves their own category of challenging, since in general while a normal speedrun mostly optimizes for the "happy path" (where the player knowing a very particular quirk or mechanic often doesn't give them a huge advantage), 100% runs tend to exercise a much broader skillset. E.g. in a 100% Minecraft run you'd need to know how to cheese fighting the Wither, or build some redstone contraptions (for "every potion effect" achievement), things you absolutely never ever do in any%.
So the fact this guy not only did a 100% but also took no damage, on top of other voluntary challenges, at the very least deserves a new entry in the common dictionary.
