Ask HN: How can I easily create reminders?

Recently I’ve come across the need to create complex reminders, such as the following:

1) Remind me to take a certain medication in the morning, afternoon, evening and night for the next five days.

2) Remind me to look for a random note, such as “A”, on the guitar each day for the next 30 days. Each day should be a different note from the typical western music scale and each note should only repeat three times.

My current workflow for tasks is to use Things 3, which has support for reminders. I’ve also looked into the Apple Reminders app for something like this. However, I’ve only been able to figure out how to add one reminder for one task, and perhaps have this task repeat. What I really want is a way to convert from the natural language above to several created reminders. Anyone have an existing workflow / app for this?
