Ask HN: Looking for an Alternative to Spreedly

Hi. I'm looking for a payment orchestration solution where I could achieve the following payment flow:

1) redirect the customer to a PCI compliant page

2) have them input their card info

3) block the purchase depending on issuing bank

4) have the platform do 3DS for me

5) have the platform try capturing the money on a couple of gateways until it succeeds

So far I've found Spreedly to check most boxes, but as I'm implementing the 3DS part I can't help but think how complex and unnecessary it is. With Stripe I can just redirect to a Stripe-hosted page, and I'm done. With Spreedly I need to contact the gateway to get ABIN -> make Merchant Profile -> make SCA provider -> write JS to handle all the 3DS flows. I hate it.

Is there an alternative which actually supports the above scenario, where I could just send a request from the backend, receive a URL to redirect to and send the customer there?

Thanks
