I am waiting for the equivalent of web SSL certificates for video. Each N frames could be signed with a cert. This way a content producer could publish a video and video clients could verify the source of the video frame-by-frame to verify if a video has been manipulated. It could go as low level as the cameras signing frames as they record. Perhaps having videos with a verifiable source could help people verify non-AI videos. Sure content creators could publish their own AI video and sign it, but perhaps the technique could make manipulating existing video more obvious.
