Ask HN: Is there a way to disable "continue without supporting us" popups?

I'm wondering if there's some extension for mobile safari to suppress these popups from showing. They are designed to break your flow, making you hunt for the actual link to close them. And in 80% cases I tap on something that prompts me to disable the ad blocker and then it's easier to just navigate away from the site.
