In that case I'd either mention the language restriction or not advertise with medical reports in the hero section
Also those testimonials are clearly fake
Most languages work, so, it's hard to list which ones don't (there are many of them!).
For the medical reports, it will work for them!
And the testimonials are just meant to show the applications of my SaaS.

I added a text to make sure it looks more like a testimonial promise rather than an actual testimonial!
