Vision and Strategy for a career training focused venture studio

I've spoken to many people about building a venture studio focusing on career development and training.

They've all told me it's a bad idea.

"There's no money in training" "Young people are only interested in getting their first job, no one wants to invest in their career" "Venture studios are losing propositions, there's no way to scale your attention"

I think they're wrong.

I still believe helping young people build strong foundations for a career is the greatest impact I can make in the world.

And I believe that one can do that in a profitable and sustainable way.

Here's the vision and strategy behind Human Insight Ventures, a venture studio that aims to create empathic and effective people as the most viable strategy for affecting long-term change in the world.
