Ask HN: CEO letters and similar sources of insight

I've had a great time reading founder/investor letters from Stripe [1] and Amazon [2] so far. Really interesting insights about a certain domains, articulated clearly and in a succinct fashion.

Gumroad's public board meetings [3] offer a similar kind of look behind the scenes.

What founder/investor letters or similar media (like in-depth podcasts) would you recommend to read to get deeper insight into strategic thinking or industry insight of people who are on top of their game?
