What is the best time to post on Hacker News? (2017)

In summary, without Medium's annoying browser stuff:

Between 17:00 and 18:00 UTC on Mondays or Wednesdays

Yeah. I'm tempted to do an analysis on this as well to see if things have changed. Maybe dissect it by type of submission.

Thanks. From the title I assumed it was about knowing when a thing you made or are selling is mature enough to post on here.

Ironic this was posted on Tuesday around 10AM CT

Can't be bothered timing it, not my post anyway lol.

Not sure how this is related to the post. Should I have sent the article to them for a second chance?

One of the uses of the (2021) second-chance pool is to overcome the US/Pacific morning bias described in the linked-above (2017) post.

Ah, I get it now, thanks!
