I'd rework the copy to more clearly state just what Meetronome offers (anonymous meeting retrospectives) above the fold.

Currently, I have to read the caption in the first point below the fold, but until then I see claims ("Productive meetings...") and challenges ("your business' soon-to-be favorite tool...") and I'm not able to evaluate them.
