At Ubicloud, we have ARM64 runners. They are compatible with Github Runners. It is just one line change in your workflow file. It is also 6x more cost effective than Github Runners (btw. our x64 runners are 10x more cost effective)

That seems promising, I only require arm runner currently. Ubicloud has GitHub Runners on AWS right?

Our runners are running on our own infrastructure. We get bare metal instances from providers like Hetzner or Leaseweb and virtualize them. Your runners run on the ephemeral VMs on those bare metal instances.
