Only for repeated vowels, which deoörbit is not

Excessive diaeresis is usually caused by a vowel problem.

Explosive diaeresis is the woooorst.

It's a diphthong though. Same as the difference between George (roughly dzo:rdz) and Geörge (roughly dze:ordz).
