Elon Musk's X Is Leaving San Francisco. City Officials Say 'Good Riddance.'

That's obviously coping with the fact SF is still in a downfall. There's no reason to be there with all the other cities in the Bay.

Modern politicians have reached peak "never admit mistake, always double down on every shitty decision we make and still are making and still will be making, because we can't be wrong."

Along with Meta, Snap, PayPal, Airbnb, Slack, Salesforce, Block, Autodesk, Chime, Kelly-Moore, McAfee, Trimble, Chevron, Virta, Charles Schwab, and many many others. Good riddance to them all?

San Francisco’s GDP is at worst flat through 2022 [1]. (San Jose is about the same, indicating regional versus policy trends [2].)
