Parenting Is Hazardous to Your Health, the Surgeon General Warns

> “Parents need the support of family members, friends and neighbors.”

Western countries have worked hard over the past few decades to reduce the impact of or downright destroy the influence of the nuclear family: a fairly generous welfare state, the constant denigration of religion, "DINK"s being treated as the popular thing to be, etc.

It's no wonder replacement birth rates have slowed to alarming levels and families are seen as broken.

It more hazardous when people discriminate, and the parent and child don't get help. They get strung along, and kicked, and society acts like, oh, what? Your hurt, or disenfranchised? Aww, too bad!!

Not parenting is hazardous to our survival as a species, or at least ethnic groups. He who procreates shall inherit the earth.
