The book is from 1996, but you are right, I did jump the gun there. It seems the 747 example itself has been around much longer than that - http://www.bpfh.net/sysadmin/never-underestimate-bandwidth.h... Apologies if I offended.

I don't get... Where did I tell you this is a plagiarism? Or maybe am I missing some other comment?
