CREATE INDEX modifies the table name case (2009)

.NET and other windows devs like making symbols have case and spaces. :/

In any case, the fix is in the ticket:

While the bug does still remain when using the CREATE INDEX syntax, you can use the following suitable workaround:

ALTER TABLE `TableName` ADD INDEX `idxColumnName` (`ColumnName`)

and it will leave your table case intact.
