Show HN: I made a O1 AI math that turns F's into A+'s overnight
aimathgpt.forit.ai
This realization sparked a 6-month coding frenzy. I dove headfirst into the world of AI and mathematics, fueled by countless cups of coffee and the dream of never seeing my daughter cry over math again. It wasn't easy - I hit roadblocks, scrapped entire prototypes, and questioned my sanity more times than I'd like to admit. But finally, after 3 complete overhauls and one particularly brutal all-nighter, AI MathGPT was born.
## What is AI MathGPT?
It's not just another math solver - it's a 24/7 AI-powered math genius that:
1. Breaks down problems step-by-step, explaining each move in plain English (or math-lish, if you prefer). 2. Adapts to each student's learning style faster than you can say "Pythagoras." 3. Provides instant feedback, turning those head-scratching moments into "aha!" celebrations. 4. Covers everything from basic arithmetic to calculus that would make Newton sweat. 5. Uses cutting-edge O1 AI technology to provide scarily accurate and lightning-fast responses.
## Why AI MathGPT?
- For students: No more math anxiety or late-night frustration. Just input your problem and watch the magic happen. - For parents: Reclaim your evenings! No need to dust off your old textbooks or feel guilty about not understanding quadratic equations. - For educators: A powerful ally in your mission to make math accessible and dare we say... fun?
I've poured my heart (and a good chunk of my sanity) into this project. Now, I'm turning to you, the HN community, for your brutal honesty. Try it out, push it to its limits, and let me know:
- Is it as revolutionary as I think it is? - What features would make you do a happy dance? - Any bugs that need squashing?
Let's work together to ensure no student ever has to face the math monster alone again!
P.S. Did I mention it works faster than you can cheat? Not that we condone that, of course.
