I googled it. I got the unit, European Research Group, Employee Resource Groups, and the Eastern Research Group Inc... whoever they are.

Never knew that and never heard of them before.

I'm not surprised when someone doesn't know about them, but I'm also not surprised when they do. It's a staple of CrossFit and the like. There's also the bike erg and the ski erg.
