Maps Solution for iOS Solving the Traveling Salesman Problem

Our app used the Mapbox and Mapbox Navigation SDK to provide the most efficient route between multiple points (Traveling Salesman Problem or TSP). However, Mapbox no longer provides adequate documentation to update its product for recent newer versions of IOS. Google maps is very expensive and IOS native MapKit does not handle TSP. Can anyone recommend a Maps solution--preferably open source or low cost--that handles TSP? Have heard good things about MapLibre and MapTiler but would appreciate anyone's first hand experience. Thanks!
