Health insurance and some elements of healthcare are literally farming human illness and death for cash.

Opioids are just the most obvious and egregious example of how the system is abusively hostile.

Rajup had posted about a CEO getting unalived, as an example of the rich facing consequences. I had misread your post as agreeing with him, like this Luigi thing was a continuation of a phenomena.
