Building a Platform for Political Debate Without Judgment – Feedback Needed
I’m currently developing an MVP for a platform designed to foster civil political debate. The goal is to create a space where people can share diverse opinions without fear of judgment, cancellation, or echo chambers.
Here’s the idea:
- Users are matched with others who have contrasting political views but similar interests. - AI (or a human) moderates the discussions to keep them respectful and on-topic. - Users are ranked based on politeness, openness, and knowledge, rewarding thoughtful participation.
I’d love your feedback on a few things:
- What features would make you use a platform like this? - What frustrates you most about discussing politics online today? - If you’ve used platforms like r/ChangeMyView, what keeps you engaged?
Your insights would mean a lot as I refine the MVP. Also, if anyone’s curious, I’m happy to share more about the current build!
Thanks in advance for your thoughts!
