In a first, EU Court fines EU for breaching own data protection law

I applaud common sense plus a principled stand here.

Last week I got to the point of submitting a paper for a security journal and found my path blocked by a "create Microsoft account". At that point I just said "fuck it, I'm dealing with amateurs here." Take it elsewhere.
