BreakPoint – AI Mock Interviews and Resume Reviews

Hi HN,

I'm working on a platform called BreakPoint that aims to help people prepare for technical interviews via AI-powered mock interviews, resume reviews, coding practice, and more. Right now, we’re in the very early stages—so all we have live is an email capture form to gauge interest.

Here’s what we plan to build: • AI-driven mock interviews with real-time feedback • Automated resume reviews specifically for tech roles • System design walkthroughs and hands-on coding challenges • An accessible free tier to lower the barrier for job-seekers

I’d love to hear your thoughts on the idea, any features you'd like to see, or suggestions on how to structure the platform to best help users. If you’re interested in updates (and in eventually testing it out), feel free to sign up on the waitlist.

Thank you for any feedback!

My view is that you don't get to have the privilege to know that much about me and benefit from my personal profile without a commitment to privacy and a clear data lifecycle guarantee. You have to start with that.
