Why?
Refused to use a secure-able phone for work. Exceptions for cronies that failed regular background checks. Broke laws requiring an audit-trail by ripping up records and trying to flush them in the toilet. Showed off highly classified documents to random customers in his resort's dining room. Eliminated normal White House security measures in order to hide who he's meeting with. Stole classified documents, lied about it, hid them in a bathroom, and engaged in a conspiracy to destroy computers and security footage.
... And that's not even getting into the issue of kompromat or bribes.
