YueAI – Create Professional Music with AI, No Musical Expertise Required

This music is bad and the audio quality is even worse.

Professional, so I will get paid and own the copyright, AWESOME! Thanks for fixing the broken music economy.

Crate professional awful music with AI that sounds as if it’s been encoded with LAME running on a potato

The fake testimonials are nearly as bad as the “music”.

What was this trained on?

Anyone with a glimpse of musical expertise (or taste) would probably not use this tool in the current state. The musical ideas in the examples on the page are extremely unimaginative and poorly executed.

just a terrible, terrible, waste of time and resources.

for folks leaving decidedly negative comments, I would point to the link: https://github.com/multimodal-art-projection/YuE

My understanding is that this is a (somewhat) open-source project that does music generation. I haven't read the license to see how permissive it truly is, but being someone who has been involved in this space for a while, I can say that we definitely need more open-source projects. Suno is great but completely walled off.

So yeah YueAI team... if you're really going to keep this project open... don't listen to the haters and keep going.
