Sometimes two nasty things become mellow or beneficial when combined, like explosive sodium and corrosive chloride....

I haven't tried the combination of durian and bitter melon yet. But I think I know what it would be like.

Having tried both separately I also feel fairly confident I can predict my reaction to the rare Surströmming & Century Egg combo.
