Modern C Porting

Glad to see the Gentoo folks working on porting some of these ancient code bases. I still see a good bit of C99, and sometimes even C89 when I poke around in source packages.

Even more importantly, it's good to see them documenting the process to their usual high standards. Once again, Gentoo distinguishes itself nearly without peer in that area. Only the Arch wiki even comes close to Gentoo's standard.
