I'm excited to introduce AIRAS Agent – an open‑source project that lets you see how AI can autonomously navigate the web.
AIRAS Agent is a web automation system that uses AI with vision capabilities to understand and interact with webpages.
--- Key Features (in a nutshell)
- Multiple AI Providers: Choose between OpenAI’s GPT‑4V and local models via Ollama.
- Vision-Enhanced Navigation: The AI “sees” the webpage so it knows which buttons to click and when.
- Autonomous Decision Making: It processes both text and visuals to decide the next action.
- Real‑Time Feedback: You get live updates on what the tool is doing.
- Multi‑Tab & Smart Element Detection: It handles new tabs and finds the right elements on dynamic pages.
--- I built AIRAS Agent to explore how AI can interact with the web in a human-like way, and I hope it helps you learn more about autonomous systems. Check out the code on GitHub, run some experiments, and let me know your thoughts or any ideas for improvements!
Happy automating, and thanks for reading!
