Google had installed this app on Android devices without users consent

Despite what they say, this is "spyware". First they install it without your consent, but they say that it is just optional, to "detect nudity in messages", then governments and related entity could request that it is silently enabled in your back to report everything to them... UK or US style.

If it is really optional, why was it forced pushed to all android owners?

Btw, the shitty thing just requires 2Gb or RAM for usage, so this will also cripple the performance of android devices that were performing well.
