Show HN: I made a virtual chatbot that makes real decisions

Hey HN,

I built Retalk.bot after seeing the limitations of current AI chatbots in customer service. Most can only talk, but customers need outcomes.

Retalk.bot can book sales meetings, generate invoices, suggest alternative products for out-of-stock items, and take other concrete actions - providing true customer service on autopilot.

The project is too early stage to fully unveil now, but I'm committed to making it open-source.

Would love your feedback. Feel free to join the waitlist.

Cheers, Clément
