Show HN: Screen Time Challenge

Hi guys,

I'm inviting you all to join me in a digital detox challenge until the end of the work week.

The challenge rules are simple! From Now to Friday, 7AM - 11 AM the apps you choose will be blocked. I'm blocking Instagram, Tiktok, and Reddit, which are my nasty distractions. But, you can choose whatever apps that distract you the most.

If you spend too much time on the phone, this one is for you!

Looking forward to seeing you all in the challenge! Let's motivate and encourage each other to stay in the challenge.
