The Anatomy of Quick Wins

"Quick wins make sense when they contribute clearly to a strategy in motion." - Yes this is spot on.

I consider them "pick-ups", so I should already be playing some long "game" within which these pick-ups appear.

I do sales & revenue analysis for a living. What is common across every struggling company is an obsession with the next month or quarter. They are churning and burning through one failed channel strategy after another rather than reinvesting in their strongest drivers.

Quick wins can work, but only when they know their place in the bigger plan. This nailed it. Thanks.
