Probably because you overestimate your knowledge.

This doesn’t follow at all. In fact it’s an admission of not understanding. Did you struggle to figure that out?

Perhaps because the challenge was explained well? Or because "the devil is in the details".

The article does mention that phenomenon, deceptive simplicity.
