IRS says churches can now endorse political candidates

They can't be tax free then. Surely this is unconstitutional.

They weren't allowed to? That's weird. Many tax exempt organizations already do so without consequences in the US.

Does the IRS get to decide that? Seems like something that the a judge should rule on.
