Learn python instead of java

That blogpost linked to a really interesting article "Where Are the Software Engineers of Tomorrow?" http://www.crosstalkonline.org/storage/issue-archives/2008/2...

Couple of quotes from that:

"The result [of learning to program using Java]is a student who knows how to put a simple program together, but does not know how to program."

"a real programmer writes Ada in any language."

The authors, 2 former NYU professors were involved with the design and implementation of Ada. They don't just advocate Ada (they recommend students should also learn C, C++ and a Lisp and even java.

Wiedzmin, you have been hellbanned apparently. Your previous (first) comment must have annoyed someone.
