Tesla awards boss Elon Musk $29B in shares

> Monday Tesla told shareholders it was "confident" that the $29bn of shares "will incentivize Elon to remain at Tesla" especially as "the war for AI talent is intensifying".

Is Elon considered "AI Talent"? Was there any risk at all he steps down and works only on XAI? He's been doing whatever handful of companies the whole time. This feels like him justifying his pay raise with a marketing pitch.
