I thought so too but then scrolled down more — the design of the page made me think it was just a splash but there's tons of details underneath the big header. :/

I didn't even realize this until I saw your comment. Definitely could use a "scroll for more" or an arrow or something.

I didn't realise you can scroll down. Whatever happened to simple UI affordance.
