A minimalist web app for extracting text from PDFs

I built DeepOCR.cc/pdf-text-extractor , a free and privacy-friendly tool for extracting text from PDFs — including scanned documents.

It runs entirely online, with no registration or upload limits. You can extract text from academic papers, invoices, or multi-page scanned files in seconds.

I made it because most online PDF extractors are either paywalled, slow, or collect user data. DeepOCR is designed to stay fast, simple, and truly free.
