What is meme management in organizing team workflows?

If you were offered to lead a team in the format of fictional meme management, what would it include? For example: assigning tasks in comics where the heroes are your employees; at meetings - mandatory stand-up routines; reports - playing tic-tac-toe with the manager; office dress code - strictly hipster. In my opinion, this management format is underrated. Let’s add our own "serious" management elements to meme management. My examples were mostly jokes, except for communication through comics.
