IA doesn’t bypass paywalls when archiving, so it’s the only option we have for that, imperfect as it is.

Regardless, they are not “as important” and you should exercise caution. In addition, they are not the only option, there is also https://unwall.app.

Unwall looks nice, and I hope they stick around. There’s been a number of these paywall bypass apps over the years, but only archive.is has survived over time.
