In all that the one thing I don't understand is how they can just change their product for existing customers without even an email. Must be illegal.

They're vague on what they're selling in the first place. Even if certain subs are 5x or 20x, it's never really defined what 1x is.

You pay by the month, and they can change next month’s rules.

This change is effective tomorrow, so they are editing the current month's allowance
