Strong words. I'm surprised to see this much criticism of LI. I find genuinely useful content there (happy to share examples). I also post regularly, in good faith and after careful research - though engagement is modest, to be fair.
But the consensus here seems to be that LI is basically garbage.
Two questions:
1. Is there anything beyond anecdotal evidence for that? 2. What are the recommended alternatives for posting articles?
I know Substack is an option, but it seems to create a certain pressure or expectation to post regularly, which I don't really want. Medium, as I understand it, is out of fashion.
