Entity voting already exists in Delaware, before women’s suffrage. If an AI instance registered as a trust or LLC, then it would deserve a vote in Delaware municipal elections.

I think LLC membership would be the trick.

Pessimism aside I’m sure you can of some troubling implications for a democracy that can create new voters just for them.
