Nope. UI Design is so well worn and incremental that everything will be disputable, and hence almost never are patents applied for.
Probably easy enough for Adobe to find a few potential things and still shut it down with the threat of lawfare, I'd have thought. They're very wealthy.
Adobe doesn't have to actually win in court. They just have to bankrupt and exhaust their competitors.
