We will find out who's good at game design, and who was just OK at game design and really good at coding.

We'll also hopefully find a few thousand people who are really good at game design who were previously gatekept by being really bad at coding.

You won't find them, because they will be buried under a giant mountain of slop generated by those who aren't good at either.

It's not that hard to crowdsource curating of slop.
