You can record all you want, like with the private yard camera, but there should be fines for uploading materials to the public or spyware companies like Meta without explicit consent of the person recorded. And recording without consent inside someone's else private property must be a felony.

Laws prohibiting explicit recording of a person and espionage exist in many countries and they work fine.
