I don't think so, I think they just used deno as a runtime with their own cloud.

One of them should fork if it's cheaper than migrating because a lot of Deno code is not portable.

Correct, we (Supabase) operate our own infra and don't use Deno's hosted services.

Technically, it's a separate product called Deno Subhosting, not exactly Deno Deploy. (But no longer used: https://www.netlify.com/blog/edge-functions-firecracker-micr....)
