Just using subagents was a pretty useful gain. My only issue is sometimes I forgot to tell the agent to use them. Probably need a hook or skill to do it so I don't need to remember.
I’ve been using "you’re an orchestrator and we’ll work on xxx" in new sessions so that Claude launches sub agents instead of doing things by itself. It’s been working fine for me so far
