I don't think that's the primary goal here anyway, it's to disrupt the Russian economy so that it becomes harder to recruit, provision and rearm their war effort.

Though, like the Wildberries attacks, it's likely that these datacentres are also being used by the military for data processing too. The Russian military certainly aren't as worried about US/Europeans about using civilian infrastructure for their military efforts.
