No way. I routinely tip 20%, rounded up. If the place has a mandatory tip, I add max(0, 20-[service change]) to make up the difference between that and 20%. If it's 10%, I'll add 10% more. If it's 20%, I'll add 0. If it's 25%, I'll leave a bed Yelp review and never go back.
